Technical Features

Endopeptidase breaks down macromolecules and disrupts their three-dimensional structure, achieving pre-digestion and facilitating the breakdown by animal digestive enzymes. Moderately fermented soy protein and pectin are prone to water absorption (or digestive juices) swelling, reducing irritation to the intestines.
